We offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the order. We do not refund these shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you still have not received your money, please contact us either by emailing us at support@Allfetchy.com
If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, you may be able to change or cancel the order. Please contact us by emailing us at support@Allfetchy.com. After 12 hours, you will lose the right to cancel the order as it will have already been processed for shipping.
We only exchange items if they are the wrong item or defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at support@Allfetchy.com. with details of the product and the defect.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if an item is damaged or defective, we will refund the entire initial amount you paid, but you will still be responsible for the return shipping cost.
